1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of Alias Squad (the “Game”), published by TIRION LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on your devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The Game, including its words, artwork, sounds and software, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or extract content from the Game, except where the law allows.
3. Who may use the Game
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made on the device.
4. Playing the Game
The Game is a party game played by several people on one device. Words and topics are written for entertainment. Some topics, such as Legal, Medical and Psychology, use specialist vocabulary for play only; they are not professional advice. Play considerately, and take care when passing the device around.
5. Topics and purchases
The Game is free to download and includes 3 free topics. Further topics can be unlocked one at a time or together with a lifetime Premium unlock. Purchases are one-time, are not subscriptions, and are tied to your Apple or Google account.
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and their payment, refund and cancellation policies. Prices are shown by the store in your local currency. We do not handle your payment details. Refund requests are decided by Apple or Google; you may have additional rights under consumer law that these Terms do not limit.
You can restore topics you have bought on a new device with Restore Purchases, using the same store account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Game: no attempts to interfere with its operation, bypass the purchase system, or use it unlawfully.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the Game, change or remove content, or stop offering it. We will try to keep topics you have bought available, but we cannot promise the Game will work on every device or version of its operating system.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or consumer rights that apply where you live.
10. Apple and Google
If you got the Game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the Game, and their store terms also apply to your use of it.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia have jurisdiction over disputes, without taking away any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
