When you write, include the following so we can find the problem faster:
- Your device model and operating system version, for example Pixel 8 on Android 15.
- The language you were playing in.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- For a purchase problem, the order number from your Apple or Google receipt and the date.
How to play
- Play in 2 to 6 teams. Teams take turns, one team at a time.
- One player explains the 7 words on the card with hints, examples and similar words, but never says the word itself.
- Each time your team guesses a word, tap it. Tapped by mistake? Tap it again to undo.
- Guess as many words as you can before the timer runs out. Every word is 1 point, and when all 7 are guessed the next card appears.
- The team with the most points wins. Play a set number of rounds or race to a target score; both are set before the game starts.
Topics and purchases
Three topics are free: Classic, Movies & TV, Sports. The other topics (Food & Drinks, Technology, Business, Legal, Medical, Psychology) can be unlocked one at a time, or all together with the lifetime Premium unlock. Purchases are one-time and are not subscriptions.
Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app or change phone, open the topics screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with. Your topics come back without paying again.
A purchase did not unlock
- Check that you are online and signed in to your store account, then choose Restore Purchases.
- If the store charged you but the topic is still locked, email us with the order number from your receipt.
- Refunds are decided by Apple or Google under their policies.
Language, sound and vibration
The app is available in 10 languages: English, Русский, Español, Français, Deutsch, Português, Հայերեն, العربية, हिन्दी, 中文. Choose the language from the Home screen; words and the interface switch together. Sound, music and vibration can each be turned off in Settings.
Troubleshooting
- Words do not appear or the app stops: close the app completely and open it again.
- Still stuck: update the app to the latest version from the store.
- Playing offline: the word list is stored in the app, so no connection is needed to play. A connection is only needed to buy or restore topics.
- Your game settings are saved on your device. Deleting the app removes them; purchases can be restored.
