2. In short
- The Game has no accounts. You do not give us your name, email address or phone number to play.
- The Game does not show advertising and does not include analytics or tracking tools.
- Your settings are saved on your device and are not sent to us.
- Purchases are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
3. What stays on your device
To work, the Game saves the following in the app’s local storage on your device. We do not receive this information.
- Your settings: language, sound, music, vibration, number of rounds and target score.
- Team names and scores for the game in progress.
- Which topics you have unlocked.
Deleting the app removes this data from your device.
4. What we collect
We do not collect personal information through the Game. We do not run a server for it, and the word list is stored inside the app so you can play offline.
If you write to us, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and device details, and use it only to reply and to resolve your request. Write to studio@tirion.tech.
5. Purchases
Topics can be unlocked with one-time in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not see or store your payment details. The store tells the app which purchases you own so it can unlock them.
6. Permissions and network
On Android the Game asks for internet access and billing. Internet access is used by the store to complete and restore purchases; the Game does not need it for gameplay. The Game does not ask for your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
8. Age and children
The Game is a general-audience party word game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we hold none about game use, this mainly applies to emails you have sent us. To make a request, write to studio@tirion.tech.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how the Game handles data, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
