Write to studio@tirion.tech. A real person reads every message.

When you write, include the following so we can find the problem faster:

• Your device model and operating system version, for example iPhone 15 on iOS 18.2.
• The Game version, shown at the bottom of the Settings screen.
• What happened and what you expected to happen.
• For a purchase problem, the order number from your Apple or Google receipt and the date.

Never send a password or a payment card number. We will not ask for either.

Restore Purchases

If No Ads is missing after a reinstall or on a new device:

• Open Settings in the Game.
• Tap Restore Purchases in the Purchases panel.
• Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.

Only No Ads can be restored, because it is permanent. Coin packs, bundles, lives and boosters are used up as you play, so the store does not restore them. Your coins, lives and progress are stored on your device and are not backed up by us.

Purchases and refunds

A purchase has not arrived

• Check your internet connection and confirm the store shows the purchase as complete. Purchases that need approval, such as Ask to Buy, are delivered once approved.
• Close the Game and open it again. It finishes any interrupted purchase when it starts.
• If the item is still missing, email us with your order number.

Refunds

Apple and Google decide refunds for purchases made in their stores. On iPhone and iPad, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open Google Play and check your purchase history. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves, but we will help if an item did not work as described.

Purchases by children

Use Screen Time on iOS or parental controls in Google Play to require approval for purchases or to turn them off.

Ads and No Ads

• The Game is free. Ads pay for it. No Ads removes the ads shown between puzzles for good.
• Watch Ad videos stay available after you buy No Ads, because you choose to watch them and get a reward.
• If a rewarded video does not load, check your connection and try again after a moment. The reward is granted only after the video has played to the end.
• To change ad personalisation, see the Privacy Policy and the privacy settings on your device.

Gameplay

How a puzzle works

An artwork is cut into pieces and shuffled. Drag a piece, or a group of connected pieces, to another position. When two pieces that sit next to each other in the painting end up side by side, they connect and stay connected. Complete the picture before the timer runs out.

Hint and Magnet

• Hint highlights two pieces or groups that belong together and marks the two edges that need to meet. It does not move anything.
• Magnet joins a matching pair for you. It never breaks a connection you have already made.

Lives

You lose a life only when you fail a puzzle. You can hold up to five lives, and one returns every 30 minutes. Unlimited Lives packs and the Shop refill them sooner.

When the timer ends

You can buy 30 more seconds with coins and keep going, or stop and lose a life.

Collecting artworks

Finish a museum’s artworks, then add them to My Collection with coins. Completing a museum and collecting enough of its set opens the next museum.

Troubleshooting

• No sound or music: check the Music and Sound Effects switches in Settings, the device volume, and the iPhone Silent switch. Game sound follows it.
• No vibration: turn on Vibration in Settings and check the haptics setting of your device.
• The Game is slow or will not start: update the Game and your operating system, free up storage and restart the device.
• Progress is gone after reinstalling: progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the Game deletes it. There is no cloud save at the moment.
• A crash during an ad: update the Game and restart it. If it keeps happening, email us your device model and OS version.

Requirements

Puzzles can be played offline. An internet connection is needed for ads and purchases. The Game runs in portrait orientation.
